The first thing you will do is wait until your griddle or cast iron pan is about 100 degrees and put the bacon on either one. Then set a timer for about three minutes and put a press on the bacon to smooth it out. When the bacon is done and able to flip, flip it and set a timer for about three minutes with the press on. When that three minutes is up take the bacon off the heated surface and put it on a plate be carful it is very hot. When that is done make the toast. And go on to the next step.
